Colours are not what I expected

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Basic Refund Policy

    • Defective: Items have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If the item is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Send us the defective item and we will send you a new one. It's that simple

    Wash and care instructions

    Machine washing in cold water and hanging to dry is our preferred way of taking care of these garments  – by doing this, you’ll best preserve the lifespan of the garment, and you’ll be leaving less of an impact on the planet.

    If you must throw your clothes in the dryer, just keep in mind that all-natural fibres, without chemical treatment, are prone to shrinkage — ours will shrink between 3-5%.

    You can wash the clothes in warm water as well (30°C) if your clothes are really dirty, we just prefer cold water as it saves on electricity.

    What is your return/exchange policy?

    We guarantee a full refund anytime within the first 30 days after the package is delivered, as long as the product is in new condition. The only caveat: discounted items, socks, and underwear are all final sale. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer returns on orders outside of North America.

    How do I start an exchange/return?

    At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges online. The quickest way to exchange your item is to place a new order and return your original purchase for a refund. Please contact us to assist! If your original purchase included a discount or promotion, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for assistance with your new order.

    How do I exchange a shirt for a different size?

    • If your shirt doesn’t fit and you need to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions. First, make sure that you have not worn or washed your item (besides trying on). Next, send us an email and we will provide further directions for your unworn and unwashed items. Contact Us.
    • Make sure to include details on the correct size you need.  
    • You have 30 days to exchange your item.
      • Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like. If you have a question about your return, contact us.

    What do I do if I received the wrong shirt or my shirt is defective?

    • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  Contact us.
    • We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right shirt. We will send you a new shirt and pay for your shipping. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

    SHIPPING

    Do you ship internationally?

    • Yes!  Just be aware that if your order is being shipped internationally you may incur duties depending on the destination country, which will be charged on the customer end.
    • Please be aware also that some merch are shipped from China. We are not able to advise you on the customs regulations that apply to your country. You will be responsible for any customs due. If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to import taxes, consult your relevant government website. We will not refund items that have been left unclaimed at customs because you don't want to pay the duties. 

    How much is shipping?

    • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Our standard US shipping cost is $5.00 unless you order a large amount with a lot of weight. On FREE promotional items shipping starts at $8.50 as we are shipping from our different warehouses and sometimes from overseas.

    How do I track my package?

    • You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk. Email the customer support desk here.

    How long does it take for an order to arrive?

    • This depends on the product ordered. Most of our t-shirts and apparel products are printed on demand.  It typically takes about 7-10 days to get your shirt printed, shipped, and delivered. All shirts ship from our US print facility and travel via UPS to your address, tracking numbers available. 
    • For non-apparel items, delivery can vary and take 2-3 weeks. In some cases 4-5 weeks during peak time. We use manufacturers from all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything will be super fast.

    I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

    • Since we print on demand we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house. Because of this, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 

    SHIRTS & APPAREL

    What type of t-shirts do you print on?

    • We print on the finest, softest, comfiest tees. We source various suppliers in order to bring you the best products. These may include Anvil, Hanes, Bella canvas, Gildan, Next Level and more.

    How are your shirts printed?

    • We use a world class infrastructure for screen printing, DTG printing, and sublimation. The style of printing is determined by the product you purchased. Our primary print style is Direct to Garment (DTG), which is a method where the printer directly applies ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology.
      • Understanding DTG Printing: It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment for the design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. This allows high quality and colourful designs, plus fast turnaround.

    Where do your other items come from?

    • We at Tees Belize make it our goal to bring you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. We source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here is the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. In order to bring you  a diverse group of products that you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff. 

    Is Tees Belize eco-friendly? 

    • Yes, we are, and proudly so. We strive wherever possible to bring you a diverse range of recycle, renewable, sustainably sourced products. We especially try to use certified organic cotton for our apparel. Because we offer a diverse range of apparel, household and lifestyle collections, it is impossible to be 100% eco-friendly. Even so, we are doing our best to bring you the best.
